Lodging

We will host this retreat at TreeCasa Resort. This sprwawling property boasts tree top cabanas, winding hiking trails and access to a private beach. We will have our own Yoga Shala reserved just for our group and will have access to blocks & straps. There is a beautiful onsite pool and available amenities such as horseback riding, massage and canopy tours.

TreeCasa is the perfect place to feel nature all around you while you have the best amenities to make your retreat life changing.

Community

All of our retreats are designed to build community, friendships and memories. It is all about traveling together, eating together and experiencing life together. You will be challenged, uplifted and inspired during your time with us. Creating change and lasting memories is not easy, and it cannot be an all inclusive experience. Instead we offer an opportunity to lean into the moment, try something new & love. Learn to do inversions,  to dance and to share. This is the experience to open your heart and to fill your cup. We hope you join us on in 2021 - The Year Of Transformation.

Retreat Lead - Alex
Alex is a yoga, meditation, and breath-work teacher based in Santa Monica, California. Though he started his yoga journey seeking strength, balance, and flexibility as a way to improve his surfing skills, he soon realized that these abilities reflect a deeper and more powerful shift taking place within.
Alex sees yoga as an energetic practice that manifests in the physical body. This philosophy shines through his practice and teaching style. In his classes, Alex speaks to awareness and feeling as much as technique and form, intuitively guiding you to explore greater physical depth.
Since his first teacher training in 2011, Alex chose to dedicate his life to studying yoga and has since taught over 5,000 classes, led retreats around the world, and lectured on yogic philosophy and meditation in teacher trainings. His philosophy, “keep your spine long, your breath strong, and your mind on” is a formula for presence and clarity on and off the mat. His classes will leave you feeling clear, connected, and empowered to shine your light for yourself and everyone around you.
